Position Highlights:

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager / Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative studio. Part-time flexible schedules will also be considered. Successful candidates will possess the following skill-set:

  • Looking for energetic and motivated candidate who excels in collaborative team environments.
  • Responsibilities include general office and reception tasks such as phone, visitor, mail and delivery management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, office database, and office supplies.
  • Ongoing organization and filing for architectural literature and materials library.
  • Assist the Business Development/Marketing Team with website updates, social media posts and quarterly eBlasts.
  • Provide general graphic design work and support for office.
  • Great communication skills.

Experience:

  • Candidates should have at least one to three years of similar experience, preferably within an architectural or design office.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a tight-knit group of design professionals is a must.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; maintain schedules/deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Indesign and Photoshop; Illustrator and Bridge are a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Mailchimp, WordPress.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel, Google Contacts and Calendar applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
