Qualifications:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our collaborative studio. Part-time flexible schedules will also be considered. Successful candidates will possess the following skill-set:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience within a professional A&E setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience developing complex RFQ/P Responses
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Mailchimp and social media account management
- Positive attitude and comfortable in collaborative team environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Track project opportunities and oversee the RFQ/P response process.
- Manage external website including development and curation of content.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for newsletters and social media.
- Track and manage award submission process.
- Assist in Public Relations and Press related efforts.
- Track industry events, identify networking opportunities, and assist principals in business development efforts.
- Manage collection of marketing data and graphics for project closeout.
- Maintain and update firm marketing collateral including qualification package, firm narratives, project sheets and resumes.
