Marketing Coordinator

Location: Westport, CT

Roger Ferris + Partners is seeking an experienced candidate to lead and promote our brand presence. Candidates must demonstrate success in the strategic placement and publication of project material in architecture, design and culture printed and digital media. Candidates will be responsible for managing and developing marketing and communications material, including project descriptions and data sheets, professional photography, press kits, and award submissions.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Legal status to work in the US, including a valid working permit and/or visa
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 5 years minimum related work experience
  • Significant experience pitching to and working with established industry media in the placement and publication of architectural projects
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated and able to manage, direct and lead effectively and efficiently
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – Graphic, written and verbal
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and well organized
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Affinity for art and architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
