Fogarty Finger is an award-winning, interdisciplinary design studio dedicated to placemaking within the urban built environment. The firm is headquartered in New York City and has offices in Atlanta and Boston. The firm’s team of over 120 architects and designers delivers complete architecture and interior design packages for residential and commercial projects of every type and size.

Our New York office is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Assistant. The right candidate would be responsible for various marketing initiatives including:

  • Assisting with production of proposals, brochures, qualification packages, and presentations for external clients
  • Assisting with updating website and social media
  • Assisting with PR and communication efforts
  • Tracking firm and project data
  • Updating firm CRM and mailing lists
  • Maintaining department files and collateral

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Professional and/or academic experience in marketing and communications or related field
  • Experience and/or interest in the architecture and design industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred, but willingness to learn is okay
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, graphics, or related field
  • Ability to work in Manhattan is a must
