Reynolds Landscaping is seeking to hire a full-time position to join our design and project management team. Reynolds is a well-established residential Landscape Architecture design-build firm servicing Long Beach Island, New Jersey, and surrounding areas for over 40 years with projects ranging from new garden installations to custom outdoor living environments to new custom home construction. In-house landscape architect license to supervise candidates who are pursuing landscape architecture licensure in NJ.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Team collaboration
  • CAD drafting
  • 3D modeling and rendering
  • Conceptual design development
  • Construction document development
  • Site analysis including field measuring, zoning, and building code analysis
  • Quantity take-off and estimating
  • Specification of materials
  • Corresponding with clients and vendors
  • Fluent in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Baseline understanding of construction process and materials
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong communication skills
