Kalpin Ecoscapes OPC Pvt LtdWe are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who have a flair for landscape design right from concept generation to project execution.
The Landscape Architect will work under the direction of Principal Architect or Senior Architect and in collaboration with other team members.
This position is responsible for assisting the team in the successful delivery of Landscape projects to high quality standards, in a timely manner and in accordance with the Client’s expectations. The Landscape Architect will be required to demonstrate a detailed understanding of both the landscape profession and the necessary technical details required to productively work within a fast paced and time bound environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Determines aesthetic design and practical technical solutions for the planning of external spaces including hardscapes, softscapes, etc.
• Proficiency in preparing full technical drawing packages from concept design, through design development.
• Coordinate with seniors and other team members in material selection, plant selection and any other parameters as needed.
• Utilizes knowledge of plants, planting media and other landscape elements to suggest and incorporate the same in design in coordination with Principal Architect.
Requirements
• Accredited Degree in Landscape Architecture or any other Architectural discipline. Diploma holders with relevant professional experience shall be considered.
• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe CS, MS Office, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience on design development and construction details for landscape architecture projects
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (English) are necessary
• Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task
• Team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a diverse studio team
