Job Responsibilities:
-Directly work with the principal of the firm to develop high quality design, drawings and documents during all phases of projects
-Putting together architectural drawings and documents required for all phases of a project
-Effectively communicate with the client, city officials, and team members
Qualifications & Skills:
– Degree in Architecture or related field
– Lab design or healthcare lab experience
– Strong design skills and willingness to learn
– Good presentation skills and able to communicate effectively with the client and the team
– Self-motivated to efficiently work on multiple projects
– Good knowledge in state, local building codes and accessibility requirements
– Proficient in Revit
