About the position:
- Coordinating complete construction process in close collaboration with contractors, consultants and clients.
- Frequent site visits throughout the city to oversee projects
- Preparing permitting drawing sets in collaboration with zoning consultants
- Preparing construction drawings and schedules for bidding
- Close collaboration with clients and principal on schematic design and project aesthetics
About you:
- AutoCAD proficient
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite
- Practical knowledge of construction and construction documentation preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Graphic design skills for client presentations
- Eager to learn; self-starter
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Degree in architecture from an accredited school
- Authorized to work in the United States
Our compensation includes: A competitive salary starting at $60,000 – $85,000 a year commensurate with experience, plus healthcare benefits, including vision and dental, Simple IRA with employer contribution, 10 vacation days, 6 personal days, and holidays.
