Wouter Boer Architects is an award-winning firm currently seeking a full-time, in-person Junior Project Architect to join our growing Washington, D.C. team. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 year of professional experience. Our current projects span from schematic design to construction.

Wouter Boer Architects is a design-led studio focused on providing innovative architectural solutions that enhance quality of life.

Project Architect Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating presentation renderings
  • Developing schematic design documentation
  • Producing construction documentation
  • Participating in the construction administration phase of projects
  • Actively engaging in team meetings within the firm and on-site with clients and consultants

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and Enscape is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred)
  • Architectural licensure is not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a strong interest in modern architecture
  • Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD
  • Residential experience is a plus
