At Honghong Design, we are looking for a passionate Junior/Intermediate Designer who can thrive in a small, dynamic office environment with projects of various scales and types. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects, demonstrating a robust creative process and advanced digital modeling and rendering skills.

You will be expected to:

Understand project requirements and develop innovative design concepts
Produce compelling client presentations that effectively communicate design ideas
Source products and materials that enhance our design vision
Model and render architectural projects and design concepts with precision and creativity
Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, and models that meet project specifications
Work closely with consultants and city/county engineers at every step of the process to ensure compliance and feasibility

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Professional Degree in Architecture
Strong conceptual, graphic, and design aptitude, showcasing your ability to bring ideas to life
Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-ray and Adobe Suite
Excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
