Garfinkel Architects, PLLCGarfinkel Architects seeks a junior or intermediate architect to implement the design and CD’s of residential rehab/enlargements and associated field surveying . Employee will also be responsible to respond to Department of Buildings plan review. This position is for a full-time in office position.
The candidate should possess the following;
- B. Arch or M. Arch Degree.
- Excellent skills in CAD drafting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Experience in the creation construction documents.
Knowledge of NYC Building codes and zoning required .
