MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

M.Arch Degree
Min. 2yrs of US experience (NYC preferred)
Fluency in Revit is a MUST
Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Clear communication, dedication on your work quality, proactive approach.
Advance knowledge of digital material creation methods, lighting and texturing;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – min)
Flexibility in design and ability to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude.

YOU MUST BE

motivated to do architectural design.
capable of meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
capable of putting a logical presentation material
capable of researching material, details, etc.
capable of communicating with vendors, contractors.
capable of reading and understanding Code and Zoning.
Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, and friendly.
