ANTEFIXE USA LLC seeks to hire an Entry Level (1-4 Years’ Experience)
ANTEFIXE USA LLC is part of Antefixe Group, a French Architectural firm specialized in Luxury Retail based in Paris, Dubai, Riyadh, and New York.
Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Architectural Design Intern and Entry-level Architects. This is a paid part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance. The position is located at company NYC Office in the garment district.
Qualifications:
- BArch or March
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Previous involvement in high-end retail and commercial spaces desired.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2022 or higher) on the PC platform. Experience with sheet set manager a plus.
- Produces construction documents with a strong sensitivity to design
- Confidence in conducting/assisting with on-site documentation and surveys.
- Must be currently residing in the greater NYC area.
- Full legal authorization to work in the US is essential (relocation not provided).
Responsibilities:
- Primary role is drawing production and coordination.
- Assist with the production of Design Development, Construction Documents and Filing sets.
- Assist with the selection of building materials and FF&E, as well as create schedules for same.
- Assist with Construction Administration of projects including issuing sketches and RFIs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and compiling Close-out documents.

- Must be currently residing in the greater NYC area.
