These new talents should be interested in the current design discourse, forgotten precedents and have an interest in how things get built.As a small practice, everyone takes part in all aspects of a project, and these fresh minds should expect to see construction sites, core consultants at work, engineering turnarounds, and computer screens.We use Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape ,Rhino and Adobe – and expect that you can too.
