Job Description
- Assist in conducting initial project research, site visits and/or minor surveying.
- Complete design drawings from SD through CA utilizing REVIT software under the direction of the Project Architect and Project Manager.
- Communicate and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare design presentation drawings or 3D models.
- Research building materials.
- Assist PM or PA in project management and construction administration tasks.
- Interact with clients, consultants, and all team members to meet project demands and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms.
- Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD. Min. 1 yr of REVIT utilization in a professional setting is preferable.
- Experience in design and construction document preparation and field observation.
- The ability to work as part of team as well as independently in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- English language proficiency required, both spoken and written
- Legal US work status required.

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annual salary dependent upon individual’s experience.
