LOUD Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant or an architect to join its team in London remotely.

Essential skills for the Part 2 role:

  • minimum of two to three years’ experience in a UK architectural office
    have a clear passion for interior design and interior details
  • working knowledge and experience in Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite are essential
  • exceptional aptitude for managing busy workloads efficiently and effectively
  • an eagerness to learn and progress their career
  • open to working remotely some of the week
  • we are offering this role for three to four days only with a view to becoming permanent

Essential skills for the architect role:

  • minimum of three years’ experience in a UK architectural office using Vectorworks in practice is essential; please do not apply without Vectorworks – we cannot reply if you do not have this CAD package skill
  • excellent eye for detail and enjoy detailing packages of drawings
  • exceptional aptitude for managing busy workloads efficiently and effectively and have ideally managed a Part 2 architectural assistant before
    proven knowledge of current UK building regulations and UK planning policy
  • proven experience in all RIBA stages including high-end residential tender packages and tender negotiations
  • contract administration experience would be a bonus
  • open to working remotely some or all of the week, this is a flexible cover role with an opportunity to stay on
  • eligible to work in the UK, ideally London-based, although this is not a deal breaker
