Kostow Greenwood ArchitectsNYC design firm seeks talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Architect / Designer to join our team. Kostow Greenwood Architects is a dedicated studio focused on work in the performance arts, media, broadcast, and real estate development industries. We encourage continuing education for all of our team members, provide NCARB/IDP experience fulfillment, and offer paid time to take ARE exams.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of office experience with design and construction documents
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Technical expertise, specifically office experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Other skills: 3D modeling (Rhino, Sketchup), Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, etc.
- Ability to work as a team member in all phases of project development: concept design through construction administration
- Expected to be resourceful in completing their project tasks independently or with moderate supervision from senior staff members
- Reliable, focused, creative and detail-oriented
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
KGA offers a competitive benefits package including health care (medical, dental, vision), 401k, paid time off including vacation, personal days, and holidays. In addition, this is a hybrid position, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Dog friendly office. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. We will consider relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors in determining compensation.
