Design-oriented New York City Architecture firm located in Chelsea, NYC, seeks to hire a full-time design professional/ architect to work on residential and small institutional /commercial projects. AutoCAD proficiency is essential. Design and construction drawing skills, detailing and on-site construction experience are valued. In-person studio presence, visa stability, and minimum two years office experience are required.
Position is an excellent opportunity for team player to advance in all aspects of the profession. Primary tasks will include preparation of design and construction documents; working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors through all phases of project implementation.
