The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for architecture, proficiency in design software, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves supporting senior architects in project development, from conceptualization to execution, while contributing creatively to the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
2. Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using CAD/BIM software.
3. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
4. Support project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
2. Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar.
3. Strong visualization and graphic presentation skills.
4. Good understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
