James Maynard Architect LLC is a New York City based architectural firm with a focus in high-end residential projects.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with up to 2 years of experience for a full-time position.  The candidate will work on a variety of residential projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited architecture program.  Additional qualifications include:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering
• AutoCAD experience
• Local to New York City
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
