Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, proficiency in architectural software, and a keen eye for detail. You will be involved in various projects, including residential and commercial, assisting in concept development, design documentation, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in concept development, design presentations, and working drawings.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and CAD drawings.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project management.
• Research materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining design integrity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for design, innovation, and attention to detail.
