Candidate must possess proficiency, speed and accuracy in AutoCAD, strong organizational skills, highly motivated to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment.
A great opportunity for an entry level architect interested in luxury residential architecture, working directly with principals and project managers on a wide variety of projects in a highly creative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2-5 years professional architectural experience
- Highly skilled in AutoCAD
- Experience with construction documents and detailing
- Experience with wood-frame single family house construction
- Experience with Traditional / Classical construction techniques preferred
- Fluent in English with high verbal and written skills
- Presently live in the New York City metro area and qualified to work in the US
