Design RaniWe are currently in search of dedicated JUNIOR ARCHITECTS WITH MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE to join our team at Design Rani. We are looking for passionate individuals with a strong foundation in architectural principles, excellent design sensibility, and proficiency in relevant software. Responsibilities
+ 2D drawing production at schematic, design development and construction stages.
+ 3D visualizations/ renders.
+ Research concepts & technical elements incorporated in design
+ Making presentations & pitch decks
+ Site visits & photo documentation
+ Day-to-day coordination with contractor teams/vendors
+ Management tasks – BOQ making, quote & bill collation etc.
Qualifications
+ B.Arch with minimum 6 months experience
+ Digital Skills (Mandatory)
AutoCad
SketchUp
Photoshop
InDesign
Powerpoint
+ Knowledge of Revit is a bonus
+ Candidate should speak Tamil fluently
