Award winning architecture and design firm is seeking a JUNIOR ARCHITECT with a proven professional track record and passion for the profession. The perfect candidate has the ability to manage simultaneous deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in architecture.
  • 2+ years professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of NYC Building Code and NYC Zoning Law.
  • Ability to produce DOB drawings
  • Proven knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering, presentation, and design software
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
