Due to an increasing workload in the industrial and commercial sectors we are seeking a creative, motivated, career minded and enthusiastic Qualified job running architect or technician to join a highly motivated, friendly team in our Milton Keynes office.
Skills required for the role:
Demonstrable job running experience
Strong design skills
Excellent technical knowledge
Job running experience in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Proficient AutoCAD user (Revit advantageous but not necessary)
Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process, BREEAM and UK Building Regulations
Client facing & communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects from inception to completion.
Self-motivated, proactive, organised, enthusiastic team player
Excellent spoken and written English along with a UK driver license
