We are seeking a driven individual to serve as a Job Captain, responsible for construction document preparation for hotel, multi-family, and large-scale commercial projects.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture or in a related field (construction or engineering).
- Four years of relevant project experience, with multi-family, mixed-use, or hotel projects.
- Proficiency with relevant computer programs including: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling program, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of construction document preparation on multi-family residential, self-storage, or hotel projects.
- Acts as a technical or design resource.
