Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Architect or Architectural Intern to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects and provides a clear path for career advancement. You’ll gain exposure to both architectural and interior design, as well as construction documentation and project management. This is an exciting chance to enhance your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Documentation: Assist in the creation of architectural and interior architecture design for high-end residential projects.
  • Construction Details: Draft and develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Plan Sets: Prepare and revise architectural plan sets including Reflected Ceiling Plans, electrical, plumbing, and other system coordination.
  • Interior Design & Millwork: Assist with interior design elements, millwork packages, and finishes.
  • Client & Consultant Coordination: Participate in client meetings and coordinate with consultants (structural engineers, MEP, etc.).
  • Project Support: Provide support for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • Full or part-time availability (minimum 30 hours per week).

Preferred Software Skills (but not required):

  • Rhino
  • AutoCAD
  • Excel
  • Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign
  • Bonus: Enscape (or other rendering software)
