Subject: Architectural Intern
East Brown Cow and its affiliates comprise a real estate investment, development, and management company established in the summer of 1989 as a first-generation family business. Since that time, the portfolio has grown significantly and now includes over 26 assets in Maine’s greater Portland urban area, including over 1.2 million square feet of mixed-use office, retail, hospitality space and structured parking.

Actively acquiring and redeveloping several high-profile properties in Portland’s fast-changing downtown, East Brown Cow is grounded in a longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship, quality and thoughtfulness in urban design, preservation and activation of open space, and the exploration of new technology. East Brown Cow has earned a reputation for its commitment to the community through both volunteerism and philanthropy.
