Our client, a 20-person firm located in Manhattan, is seeking Intermediate/Project Architects with experience in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial projects. This role involves collaborating with consultants and clients, applying technical skills to design and construction documents, and overseeing the project through construction administration.
The ideal candidate for this permanent, full-time position has at least 5 years of project experience and a professional degree in architecture. They must also be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with additional design program skills being extremely helpful. The successful candidate will possess strong management, collaboration, and teamwork skills, and a technical understanding of projects throughout their life cycle.
This opportunity offers a projected annual salary of $80-100k for Intermediate Architects and $100-125k for Project Architect/PMs, plus excellent benefits/v+h, and bonus.
