KoningEizenberg is searching for an Intermediate Architect with strong BIM experience and 4-9 years of experience on a variety of construction and building types, including multifamily housing. The candidate must have an interest in integrating issues of constructability and code to achieve design intent.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with design studies and problem-solving
- Construction documentation, including detail development and interest in the application of building and zoning codes
- Consultant coordination
- Support firm-wide technical coordination protocols
Qualifications/Expectations
- A collaborative working style with strong communication skills (verbal, written, and graphic)
- Ability to manage deadlines, calendars, and tasks
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Experience with Enscape, Sketchup, and/or Rhino preferred
- Strong representation and/or rendering techniques preferred
- Licensure preferred
Role
Start Date: on or after October 1, 2025
Annual Salary: Negotiated based on experience; $80,000-110,000
Work Week: Full-time (in office, partial hybrid negotiable after 6 months)
