James Maynard Architect LLC is a New York City architectural firm with a focus in high-end residential projects.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Intermediate Architect with 2-5 years of experience for a full-time position based in New York City.  The candidate will work directly with the Principal on a variety of residential projects.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited architecture program with experience managing projects and working with consultants and contractors.  Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience coordinating Contract Document sets
  • Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and details
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Local to New York City
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
