Your work will be at the leading edge of environmental, socially responsible practice. Our in-house standard is productive architecture – positive energy/water/waste. Potential for mixed-use BIPV Passive House projects; hydroponic greenhouse laboratory/classrooms; and research in climate-adaptive radiant and plant-based comfort strategies, and controlled environment agriculture. Responsibilities will include programming, analysis, design, detailing, and site observation.
Candidate should have:
- 3 years or more experience.
- Ability to interact with clients and lead project team(s).
- Knowledge of and passion for environmental principles.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Passive House, LEED; proficiency with BIM workflows – Vectorworks and/or Revit; Experience with energy/daylighting simulation – EnergyPlus, Ladybug/Honeybee, etc., and LCA/embodied carbon analysis.
