Garfinkel  Architects seeks an intermediate architect to implement the design and CD’s of residential rehab/enlargements and associated field surveying . Employee will also be responsible to respond to Department of Buildings plan review.  This position is  for a full-time in office position only.

The candidate should possess the following;

  • B. Arch or M. Arch Degree.
  • Excellent skills in CAD drafting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Experience in the creation construction documents.

Knowledge of NYC Building codes and zoning required .
