James Wagman Architect, LLCJames Wagman Architect is seeking a part-time Intermediate Architect with 3+ years of experience. We have a great variety of projects ranging from NYC Apartments and Townhouses, NYC Independent School Renovations, Rural Private Homes, Rural Mixed Use New Constructions and Rural Historic Restorations. Note: most of our substantial renovations and new constructions are built to Passive House and High Performance Standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
