- Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- Experience in construction document preparation and management for Hospitality Projects ( Full Guest room Renovations)
- Experience in Residential Construction preferred
- Highly proficient in Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
- REVIT experience preferred
- Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Legal work status in the United States
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment
