DBB Architecture PCDBB Architecture PC, a New York based community of architects and designers in New York City. Our work includes education, retail, civic, healthcare, commercial high-rise mixed-use, aviation and transportation infrastructure redevelopment projects. We are also working collaboratively with other consultant teams to redevelop New York City through ongoing participation in several capital improvement projects.
We are seeking multiple intermediate level Architects to join our teams engaged on current projects. Applicants must be available to begin work immediately. We are seeking innovative, fast-adapting Autodesk Revit proficient Architects with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the development of coordinated design and construction documentation.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills necessary for seamless team integration and cross-discipline project coordination. Familiarity with program analysis, building planning standards, design and detailing standards and construction techniques, and code compliance issues is desirable. We value passion for high quality work, strong technical capabilities and the highest standards of professionalism.
Remote work capability is required in most cases, Construction Administration roles sometimes involve site meetings and construction review activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Motivated, organized, detail-oriented individuals capable of working in large teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, CAD/BIM 360 standards and procedures.
- NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture (or similar program).
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
