Kiba SquareKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Conduct daily inspections of workmanship and materials.
Manage scheduling of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Solve on-site issues and escalate major problems when needed.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Track material usage and coordinate procurement or delivery of required materials.
Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, work schedules, and site logs.
Ensure quality control at every phase of the project.
Communicate regularly with the project manager and update on site progress.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
