Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work aligns with approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
Monitor work schedules, material deliveries, and resource planning.
Maintain quality control and enforce site safety regulations.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2+ years experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and design detailing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and handle site-level documentation.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to managing site activities, maintaining work quality, and ensuring client satisfaction.
