Common Ground Practice LLPResponsibilities:
Design Development: Create conceptual sketches, plans, and mood boards to articulate design ideas, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
Material & Product Selection: Research and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for cohesive and functional designs.
Space Planning: Develop effective layouts, ensuring optimized use of space while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Visualization & Presentation: Prepare 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and physical or digital models to present designs effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Project Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project plans, specifications, and schedules, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and procurement lists.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.
On-Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
Client Engagement: Facilitate design discussions and presentations, incorporating feedback to achieve a tailored and satisfying client experience.
Professional Development: Participate in studio-hosted workshops and training sessions focused on creative exploration and skill enhancement.
