Conran and Partners is hiring interior designers to join its team in London.
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic interior designers to join our Clerkenwell studio to work on a range of different typologies around the world with a focus on hospitality and residential.

We deliver award-winning buildings and spaces, that endeavour to be progressive and sustainable. This is achieved through a carefully considered and collaborative design process that addresses the needs and desires of the end user, as well as the impact on the wider environment. Each project is embedded with a sense of location and personality through rigorous research, response to context and use, manifested by their performance, crafted form, detail and materiality.
The role
We are looking for interior designers with proven previous experience and design sensibilities that sit well with our studio ethos to support new projects in the hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have three-plus years’ experience post-graduation along with creative drive and technical understanding.
About you:
- minimum of three years’ experience working on design-led projects
- a professional degree in interior design or equivalent qualification
- strong creative contribution and ability to present ideas to the senior teams clearly and concisely, to be demonstrated through a well-presented CV and portfolio of work
- confident delivery of drawings with an understanding of technical detailing through all stages; on-site experience would be beneficial
- confidence in 3D modelling with Rhino, Sketchup or Revit; Enscape experience would be a positive
- a good knowledge of finishes and FF&E specification along with a desire to continually source new and interesting products
- a good eye for space planning and enthusiasm to understand how people will use the space
- strong graphic communication and presentation skills, InDesign and Photoshop experience is essential
- ability to plan time and meet deadlines set by the senior team
- experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- a team player who is adaptable and enthusiastic to further develop their career in a well-respected studio
This is a full-time position and the salary will be commensurate with experience. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
