REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 5+ years experience managing and designing in high end residential projects – additional hospitality experience is preferred but must be in addition to 5 years residential
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, InDesign, PowerPoint, Office Suites, Excel
- Fluent in English. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and compensated
- Proficiency in design-related PM software is desired and compensated
RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop concepts and presentations
- Maintain specification schedules and budgets
- Production of drawing sets for schematic, design development and construction
- Construction administration, evaluate bids, address technical issues and input for RFIs
- Review shop drawings for prefabrication verification
- Draw for design and intent of material use for bespoke furnishings and interiors
- Procure and coordinate to materialize designs
- Maintain productive and collaborative communication with internal construction manager, contractors and fabricators during the pricing, fabrication and construction stages of a project
- Work closely with internal design team to manage and coordinate architectural design with interior design FF&E including lead times, budgets and finish schedules

natty BLANC is a full-service design firm specializing in interior design, interior architecture and construction management. We are concentrated in the luxury residential market of Puerto Rico and east coast. Averaging four or five projects annually totaling 50,000sf.
