We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Architect to join our team in Cascais. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity and technical expertise to a range of innovative interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of interior architecture projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to capture their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically compelling spaces.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors, engineers, and other consultants.
  • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate sustainable design solutions where applicable.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of residential and hospitality projects.
  • Extensive experience in producing construction drawings and technical plans, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A strong sense of design, materials, and construction methods, with attention to detail.

Portfolio Requirements:

  • A comprehensive portfolio including detailed construction drawings of interior projects (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).
  • Examples of past projects that demonstrate both technical ability and design innovation.
