HR Generalist needed for award winning, international hospitality firm!
-Senior HR professional to be involved in recruiting. Onboarding, talent management, employee engagement and off boarding
-Supervising the hiring process, including recruitment, interviewing and offer letters.
-Perform background and reference checks as needed.
-Responsible for ensuring new employees are properly onboarded/offboarded.
-Reviewing performance evaluations and other reports
-Aid in formulation of human resources policies and programs affecting the organization.
-Provide counsel and guidelines to senior management for all HR issues.
-Helping Managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires.
-Answering questions from employees, and recording and investigating complaints when needed
-Provides counsel, assistance, and problem-resolution services to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues guided by company’s policies, labor-law legislation, and state and federal agency requirements.
A bachelor’s degree and at least 10+ years’ experience in the HR field, required. Experience in a creative service firm and SHRM Certification is preferred.
This role will be working 5 days in NYC office, base salary will be in the $110-140k range depending on experience with full benefits and bonus potential.
