ARKPRAXISARKPRAXIS is currently engaged in and commissioned for several residential and commercial design-build projects, for which it is seeking a passionate, well-rounded, and committed architect/designer with minimum 3 year experience who is interested in growing into an expanding architect-led design/build office as a freelancing consultant. Candidate will be expected to assist Project Manager with drafting and compilation of Construction Documents (all phases of documentation), field observation and supervision, Contractor/Subcontractor/Vendor work coordination and scheduling, among other more specific tasks relating to Construction management. Candidates must also be local to the NY/NJ area and available for in-person team work. Compensation is hourly, commensurate with experience.
Preferred software proficiencies: Autocad, Rhino + Vray, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator + Indesign), Microsoft Office. Any experience with project management software (i.e. ProCore) is a plus.
