We are looking for a creative energised candidate to join our small central Wandsworth based Studio. We need an Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Architect looking for adventure, immersion and exposure to all aspects of RIBA workstages – from meeting clients, to attending site and all the joy in-between.

Established in 2009 we undertake projects across London and the UK, both commercial and domestic. Current projects include private home extensions, full remodelling and newbuild houses through to a large central London Hotel, Office Fitouts and Health Clubs. Equally we welcome applications from candidates with any connections to other sectors, or a drive to help expand our portfolio reach.

As a small office staff are fully involved in all aspects of projects, covering all RIBA workstages and providing a truly rewarding opportunity to develop in all aspects of the profession.

We are passionately interested in addressing the energy challenges our clients face, and approach projects to best inform and implement energy saving technologies. The ideal candidate will be committed to further our drive and learning in this critical area.

Candidate requirements

  • RIBA Part ii/iii qualified.
  • Have no less than 2 years experience in a UK office.
  • Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketchup experience. We are exploring moving into Revit in 2024. Experience in Indesign and 3d rendering packages of interest.
  • Have a good understanding of planning and building regulations.
  • Have a good understanding of construction technologies, and/or experience/knowledge of Passivhaus/Enerphit.
  • Be very creative and wish to push design opportunities on all projects.
  • Be willing to go above and beyond to drive Architectural excellence in the 3 ‘D’ – Design Detailing Delivery.
