CKA Architects, a high-end residential firm in Menlo Park, CA, seeks a skilled Architectural Drafter/Designer with 3-5 years experience to work on new residential projects from schematic design through to CDs and Construction Administration.

Candidates need to have the following experience:

Create detailed construction documents & bid sets for high-end custom residential projects
Experience with CA building codes
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients, contractors and other vendors as well as office team members.

Excellent onsite experience and problem solving skills
Excellent drafting skills (our office is on VectorWorks 2D and 3D)

Possess a strong work ethic with a great attention to detail

Applicants should be also able to work independently yet work well in teams.
