Sciame Construction, LLCSciame Construction, a prestigious NYC based Construction Management firm with a 47 year track record of excellence is currently looking for a Director of Marketing to manage the marketing department and take the lead on all proposal writing and coordination with our project teams including the VP of Operations and the President of the firm.
Proposal Writing / Presentation Preparation
Responsible for the preparation, coordination and production of Statements of Qualifications, Proposals, and related responses to RFQ’s and RFP’s. Work in collaboration with the VP of Operations and firm President to define, schedule and manage the proposal preparation process. Generate custom copy for proposals and presentations including writing/editing text, design layout, tailoring resumes, integrating project approach narratives with minimal oversight from the project executives. In addition, there will need to be an overhaul of our current proposal design aesthetic to make it more consistent across the company – everything from our Proposals and Presentations should use a consistent, branded design aesthetic.
Internal Marketing Functions
Maintain and Update Company Website, Corporate Intranet Calendar and Announcements, Database of Project Information, Resumes, Business, Cards, Company Branded Items (swag), Performance Badges, Social Media Accounts, Spearhead the organization of the Retreat events)
Note this job is a full-time role that will require an in-office presence 5 days a week at our office in lower Manhattan.
