We are currently looking for a talented Designer with Project Management skills to join our studio. As a Designer, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and our internal team to ensure the overall success of projects.
You will closely work with the Principal Architect to establish project guiding concepts, deliver design presentations, develop drawing submittals and technical documentation, and create design schemes. Autonomy and responsibility are greatly encouraged and opportunities to lead projects are available for the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 – 6 years of professional experience.
- Excellent design skills harmonizing with the office’s stylistic range.
- Exceptional visual and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe.
- Expertise with construction documents and details
- Research and application of residential, commercial, ADA codes
- Must be a current U.S. resident
- In-office position, some flexibility available
- Must be able to start by Aug 31st
