Jackson Liles ArchitectureJackson Liles Architecture is looking for a talented Architect/ Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. This in-person position provides an exciting opportunity to engage in all facets of design while working in a collaborative, supportive, and vibrant environment.
At JLA, we create thoughtful, high-quality architecture that improves the way people work, gather, and live. Our diverse portfolio spans commercial ground-up construction, adaptive reuse, industrial and logistics facilities, education, recreation, and residential renovations. Our current work includes urban infill developments, food banks, a new city recreation center, an extensive commercial kitchen, warehouse and workshop space serving a local public school district, and several non-profit and community-focused facilities.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of prior experience in an architecture firm
- Architectural Licensure or current AXP enrollment
- Experience with Construction Document production
- Advanced Revit and Adobe Creative Suite skills • Strong design sensibility and enthusiasm for collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, curious, and a great sense of humor
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be a current resident of the SF Bay Area
