Duties & Responsibilities • Assisting in the production of our architectural designs at all project phases such as schematic design, design development, construction documents and administrative tasks related to sets of drawings and permits. • Manage and actively be involved in developing project schedules • Ability to coordinate with other team members, disciplines, and consultants • Keep organized records of meetings and project files through electronic documentation • Process project submittals, address RFI, and resolve technical/design issues • Be knowledgeable with State of Floral Codes, permitting, and approval processes for architectural and interior design projects or ability to learn quickly • Good communication skills through emails with clients, consultants, vendors, etc. • Contribute to office activities, programs and learning activities • Excellent work ethic – punctual, business oriented, and organized • Ability to prioritize tasks and implement time management skills

Skills & Competencies • 1 – 3 years experience in Architecture or Interior Design. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master planning, graphic design or furniture design is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school or related discipline required. • Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas. • Proficient in Graphisoft Archicad, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3DMax, Autodesk Maya,Vray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. • Proficiency in English required. Effective verbal and written communications skills. Spanish or any other language is a plus. • Interest in growth and learning.
